Caring for you, so you can care for others

Wellness that’s more than a perk

Ariel’s Inspiring Wellness Program looks at the whole person: physical, emotional, mental, social, and financial health. Staff from across programs help shape it, and over the years it has included walking meetings, team 5Ks, and a yearlong endurance challenge.

Safety is part of well-being too. A staff safety committee keeps safety practices current, and teams debrief together after an incident, so no one carries it alone.

We really do believe in that work-life balance and believe in giving people the space to take care of themselves.
