I love working for Ariel because I love being able to connect to the kiddos and make them laugh and smile while they are getting their behaviors on track. I have the best job in the world getting to watch these kiddos grow and respond to improve to my pep talks with them. I wouldn’t trade this job for the world. Kids are the most important things in this world. I write their weekly goals on the board so they know that they can reach it. To be in control of their behaviors, they are the only ones that can be.

Working at Ariel is a blessing! Ariel has helped me grow professionally and personally while serving the most vulnerable in meaningful ways that fulfill our mission.
